I recently stayed at a clean and modern hotel in the center of the city. The rooms were new and had a homey feel to them. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was nice. I loved the convenience of being able to access the room at any time using the door codes. The hotel was located in a good neighborhood, close to bars, restaurants, and shops. The bathroom had a shower with good water pressure, which was perfect for me as a disabled person. The staff, particularly Jakub, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. a fantastic base for exploring the city.
I do recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to the main attractions and within walking distance of the city center. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with new rooms that had a homey feel to them. the bed and bed linen were nice and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
the room and toilet were a bit small for three adults, and the shower area was cramped. there was some noise from nearby partying at night, which could be heard even with the windows closed.

The room was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. the location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the main square and close to restaurants and shops. the staff, especially Jakub, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with any issues that arose.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult with mobility issues or heavy luggage to access the upper floors. the absence of on-site parking made it challenging traveling by car.

As foreign tourists, we loved the exceptional location of the hotel. It was just a two-minute walk from the bustling square where we found plenty of bars, restaurants, and small shops. Being so close to these venues made it a fantastic base for exploring the city. the hotel was only a 10-minute walk from the railway station and a massive shopping mall, which was very convenient for us.
Felt fine, no complaints.

The room at Old Town Residence - Premium Aparthotel was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The private bathroom had all the essentials, including free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a refreshing shower. As a bike rider, I really appreciated these amenities after a long day of exploring Krakow.
Personally, I found the hairdryer in the bathroom at Old Town Residence - Premium Aparthotel a bit underpowered, but that might not bother others.
